What is this? (Generic HD av cable?)

The colours are kind of odd too. So i just want to be informed on what it is, and what to do with it, and what it works with.What is this? (Generic HD av cable?)

Google ''component cables''---very easy to understand after doing a bit of research
Those are hd cables dont work on your Usaull rca....You need the standard Red , White and YEllow, Thats for HD TV inputs
