Battlefield 1943 freezing?

Well, I jusy bought BF: 1943 three days ago (absolutely love the game) and it's been freezing up sometimes. Now, I wouldn't really be complaining about this if it was maybe once a day, but it's frozen 6 times today! This has also happened to two of my buddies as well. I've never had my Xbox freeze this much in any game and I was wondering, is the game making our Xbox 's freeze? Or are all of our Xbox's crapping out?P.S. I keep my Xbox is my basement in a wide open space and it's about 65 degrees F down here all the time. I don't know about my other friends though...Battlefield 1943 freezing?
My xbox froze once playing on guadalcanal, I hear it is something that is happens commonly.

its frozen on me only once in about 10 hours of playing

oh sorry, i didnt know that mine froze a lot, i was under the impression it wasnt, thanks for correcting me though
5 times yesterday for me. I was getting equally worried that it was my machine, but I was sort of heartened to hear it's a software issue. I'm not sure what I expected from EA. They have never really been able to master online stuff.

According to Dice it happens becuase of high packet loss from the servers. Not sure how this would cause the whole xbox to freeze but they say that they are working on reducing the amount of packet loss.
Mine has froze twice now but this last time I lost all of my stamps and had to start over at level one.
it freezes on me a boatload (froze 6 times in an hour yesterday)but i think its mainly cause of my xboxi cant even get 10 min into prototype
