You don't really need anything. You can get the following:

- A game

- Wi-Fi Adaptor (not necessary but if you want Wi-Fi then get one)

- Xbox live membership (GOLD)

- Microsoft Points to buy games in the online store

- HDMI cable if you want



Thats about all I can think of.

Everything you need its in the box when you buy the console...
If you want to get games for it then get a game or two. Otherwise everything you need to play is in the box.
