Mass Effect...?

What is the objective in Mass Effect? To help organisms in different Galaxies and on Planets? That seems pretty fun to me.I found a copy at Wal-Mart for $18.95, and I may pick it up.What are your opinions on the game?Mass Effect...?

You can find it cheaper at a Gamestop or EB. Its an awesome 3rd person rpg. I'm sure a lot of people would highly recommend it.

Best WRPG with the best story this gen. Nothing else even comes close in the WRPG category that is. The only drawbacks are most of the sidequests and most of the planets are pretty dull.
Simply one of the best rpgs ever. Get it, its epic and the 2nd is coming next year :D

I'm not sure probably around twenty but it's basically the same planet over and over again.
Lots of Planets, lots of fun. I got it for 12:99 euro three weeks ago :)
Dont mind the number of planets. Exploration in mass effect sucks, its not BAD but it could be better. ME2 is improving on this department though, nice.

This and the elevators are the only things i just dont like about the game.

theres a lot less if you dont pursue the sidequests but its still worth the price
this is the greatest WRPG of this gen, IMO.

But still it is an amazing game with an amazing story and gameplay AND it's customizable to your gaming liking :D Straight up brawl or a tactician. The latter is an actual achievement lol

I loved Mass Effect! Its one of those games i played non stop till i beat it haha (not in one sitting or anything but in a few weeks). When Mass Effect first came out, it was THE ONLY game i played until i beat it haha.
Fantastic story, awesome characters, good graphics and was just fun to play.
