lately i have gotten back into gta with my friends and its alot of fun but the issue i have been having is that when i go to do free mode with my friends itnolonger allows us to customize the cops and friendly fire options. i know that before i used to be able to change it but for some reason everyone i knowsays that these options are now locked. does anyone know why this is or how i can change these options?GTA IV problem?

You change them using your phone under options.
